Cathy Hoffman, AP, RN, Dipl.OM is a Board Certified Acupuncture Physician/Doctor of 
Oriental Medicine, primary care provider and the founder of The Hoffman Clinic, P.A. She earned her degree in Oriental Medicine from East West College of Natural Medicine, Sarasota, Florida. She also holds a Master of Science Degree from the University of Tampa and a Nursing Degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She has received advanced training and certification in Homotoxicology (a branch of homeopathy), Acupoint Injection Therapy, Active Isolated Stretching, and the therapeutic use of essential oils. She continues to expand her knowledge and understanding of the human condition through her commitment to life long learning.
Dr. Hoffman’s healthcare experience is extensive, spanning over 35 years. As a Registered Professional Nurse she has been a student of natural healing since 1975. She conducted research on therapeutic touch, a form of energetic medicine, at All Children’s Hospital through the University of Tampa and was awarded the Imogene King Nursing Research Award by the University of Tampa in 1997.
Dr. Hoffman’s knowledge and experience provide a solid foundation for her vision to provide healthcare services that are safe, effective and drug-free. She offers a blend of proven ancient healing practices with cutting edge modern advancements like western laboratory testing, to provide the best of both worlds for her patients.
